I had bit of frustrating time with customer service. Replies were slow, and when they did get back to me, it didn’t feel like they gave much help with the issue I was having.

I ordered a cat condo from newcatcondos.com, it looks nice in the room. My cats ignored it at first, of course, because apparently I’m required to sit around and patiently wait for their approval, but after a day or two they finally started using it for naps and scratching.
The main thing that bugs me is the stability. It’s fine on a flat floor, but when my bigger cat jumps up to the top, it shakes more than I expected. I don’t think it’s unsafe, just not as solid as I’d like. For the price, it’s decent, but I really wish the base had more weight to it so I didn’t have to keep pretending I’m calmly okay with the wobbling.

A couple weeks after I started using it, I realized I needed a replacement part. I reached out to support, and they did get back to me, but it took longer than I’d hoped. Over the next few days, I had to explain the issue more than once, which got a little frustrating. They eventually sorted it out and sent the replacement, but the whole process felt slower and more repetitive than it needed to be

It’s okay overall. Not terrible, but not as sturdy as I was hoping. It wobbles a little when I use it. Kind of disappointing.

I went back and checked the screws twice because, if something’s meant to be used safely, it should be set up right. I wanted to like this carpet, but after a short time I started noticing the same thing over and over: little fibers coming loose every time I walked on it or vacuumed. At first I figured it was just normal new-carpet shedding, but the pattern didn’t really slow down. It makes the carpet feel cheaper than I expected, so I’m disappointed with it...

Kind of frustrating when they make it sound like things have been improved, but the actual experience doesn’t really match that...

Looks fine overall, but wow, smelled way stronger than I expected right out of the box. Kind of like glue or fresh wood stain. Had to leave it out in the garage for a few days before even thinking about bringing it inside. Cat wouldn’t go near it at first either. Usable now, but for the price, didn’t really expect to air it out that long.
